TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The current general terms and conditions automatically govern all bookings. By booking, each customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions.
1 - Options
Your option is valid for eight days, during which time you must send us this document and your deposit. Without receipt of confirmation in the eight days following your call, your option will be cancelled. No reminder will be issued.
2 - Holiday rates and payment
The holiday prices listed are in Euros and include VAT. The prices displayed do not include ecotax. For Tent Pitches & Accommodation bookings: the balance must be paid 1 month, at the latest, before the first day of rental. Failure to pay the remaining balance within this time will result in the cancellation of your booking.
3 - Booking changes
Early departures or late arrivals may not result in any refund and the total balance of your stay on the campsite or in the rented accommodation remain owed.

|You can modify and postpon your stay free of charge. In the event of cancellation, the totality of the sums paid will be refunded to you with the exception of the booking fee (€30) and the amount of the cancellation guarantee.
In the event of cancellation for which the company managing the centre is responsible, except in cases of force majeure, the client will be reimbursed for all sums paid. All bookings are made for a type of accommodation and not for a bungalow number.An allocated accommodation number is therefore subject to change between reservation and check-in.
5 - Cancellation Guarantee
We advise you to take out a cancellation guarantee at the time of booking by sending us an amount equivalent to 2% of the total cost of your stay (excluding eco-participation and booking fees) with a minimum of €20. This guarantee allows you to modify and postpone your stay free of charge. In the event of cancellation, this guarantee allows you to be reimbursed for the totality of the sums paid except for the booking fee (€30) and the cost of the cancellation guarantee. All cancellations must be notified in written form.
6 - Withdrawal
The legal provisions regarding the right to withdraw from a purchase made by distance sale and provided for by the French Consumer Code do not apply to tourism services (Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code). Therefore, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal for holidays purchased at the Domaine de Riva Bella.
7 - Pets
Dogs are allowed on the Domaine de Riva Bella but must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners must clean up after their animals.
RULES OF PROCEDURE
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations. These have been left at the administrative offices, are on display at our reception desk and a copy can be given to you upon request. The management team reserves the right to refuse access or exclude anyone whose behaviour does not comply with naturist criteria. Photos and films are not permitted without the permission of the people in the lens. The management reserves the right to confiscate the image carrier in case of infringement. The entire beach is exclusively naturist for all adults. This nudity obligation does not apply to children and adolescents if it makes them feel uncomfortable. At the Restaurant and Bar and Self-Service: wearing shorts or a sarong is mandatory for everyone.
Check-in is from 4pm and check-out at 10am at the latest. Possibility to access the site from 7am and to leave it at the end of the day.
Traffic: within the resort, we all share the road (motor vehicles, bicycles and pedestrians). The speed limit is 10km/h. Traffic is prohibited in the domain between 11pm and 7am (car park at entrance).
Noise/behaviour: avoid any noise that could disturb your neighbours from 10pm onwards (engine, television, radio etc). Silent hours are between 11pm to 7am.
It is the customer’s responsibility to take out insurance. The Riva Bella resort declines all responsibility in the event of theft, fire, bad weather, incidents which fall under the customer’s civil liability, damage due to falling branches, natural disasters, or even breaking and entering theft and glass breakage.
In the event of a dispute with our establishment,you may contact us by:
• Sending a letter by registered mail with recorded delivery to the resort manager, and
• Sending a copy of this letter to customer service at: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are not satisfied with your reply, you have the rightto contact the Medicys Medication Centre after a period of one month following the sending of the registered mail. You must file a claim by writing to: Medicys –73 Boulevard de Clichy –75009 PARIS
Users are informed that, in accordance withthe French Data Protection Act, they have the right to access, update, rectify and delete their personal data at any time by sending a request (stating the precise purpose of their request) via the Internet to the following address: email@example.com or by post at the following address : Riva Bella Thalasso & Spa Resort 20270 Aléria. Riva Bella undertakes to process your request within seven working days. The user is informed that, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act, he has the right at any time to oppose, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning her/him.
