Scope of the general terms and conditions of sale. These general terms and conditions govern ipso jure all holiday sales taking place on the naturisme-rivabella.com website. They form an integral part of any agreement drawn up between the SAS Domaine de Riva Bella simplified joint stock company and its customers. All customers acknowledge having read these general terms and conditions of sale prior to booking a holiday both for themselves and on behalf of any persons taking part in the holiday. In compliance with the provisions of Article L113-3 of the French Consumer Code and the provisions of the French Tourism Code, these general terms and conditions are made available to all customers for information purposes prior to entering into any holiday sales agreement. They may also be obtained on simple written request addressed to the head office of the Domaine de Riva Bella company.
Terms and conditions of booking
Your option is valid for eight days, during which time you must send us this document and your deposit. Without receipt of confirmation in the eight days following your call, this option shall be cancelled. No reminder shall be issued.
2.2 Holiday rates and payment
The holiday prices listed are in Euros and include VAT. The prices displayed do not include ecotax. For Tent Pitches & Accommodation bookings: the balance must be paid 1 month, at the latest, before the first day of rental. Failure to pay the remaining balance within this time will result in the cancellation of your booking.
2.3 Changes to bookings
Early departures or late arrivals may not result in any refund and the total balance of your stay on the campsite or in the rented accommodation shall remain owed.
All bookings with an outstanding balance shall be cancelled in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale. In all cases of cancellation, the following will be retained or owing: administration fees in addition to a sum equal to 25% of the total cost of the stay if you cancel more than 16 days before the reserved date of arrival; the total cost of your stay if you cancel less than 16 days before the reserved date of arrival or if you do not arrive on this date. For cancellations for which the administration of the centre is responsible, with the exception of an Act of God, the customer will obtain a full refund of all sums paid.
The legal provisions regarding the right to withdraw from a purchase made by distance sale and provided for by the French Consumer Code do not apply to tourism services (Article L.121-20-4 of the French Consumer Code). Therefore, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal for any holidays purchased at the Domaine de Riva Bella.
2.6 Cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance by sending us the subscription price equal to 1 % of the total amount of your stay (excluding ecotax and administration fees) with a minimum amount of 9 Euros. This contract offers a cancellation guarantee which enables you to obtain the full refund of all fees in the event of cancellation of your stay or an early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.). This cancellation guarantee is subject to the following stipulation: written confirmation and necessary supporting documentary evidence, subject to compliance with the contractual obligations. In all cases, the administration fees are non-refundable.
Any accommodation or campsite number cannot be 100 % guaranteed due to a last-minute scheduling change. This cannot be a reason to cancel your booking. However, we will always do our best to satisfy your request.
3.1 Arrivals & Departures
You may check-in and have access to the grounds in the morning of your arrival. You may access your tent pitch after 10 a.m. and your rented accommodation after 4 p.m. You must leave your pitch or rented accommodation by 10 a.m. any day of the week. However you may, if you wish, stay on the site and benefit from our services, from the beach or from the washroom facilities etc. on arrival (before accessing your accommodation) and on departure (after returning your pitch or rented accommodation).
A deposit of €150 per accommodation is required upon your arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure, during office hours, after an inspection of the premises. After-stay cleaning services are charged at €40 per accommodation (please clean your dishes and empty your bins). Any damage will be added to your invoice. If you cannot be present for the inspection, your deposit will be returned to you by post.
Departure from a camping pitch or return of keys for rented accommodation after 10 am will lead to the billing of an additional night. Any extensions to your stay must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the original departure date.
Dogs are allowed on the Domaine de Riva Bella, however must be kept on a leash. Owners must clean up after their animals.
3.5 Naturist conduct and behaviour
Given that this is a naturist establishment ratified on certain criteria by the French Naturism Federation (Fédération Française de Naturisme), 5 rue Régnault - 93500 Pantin, France, under No. 59, dated 09.01.69, the management reserves the right to refuse entrance or to evict any person whose conduct is not in accordance with naturist criteria.
3.6 Rules and regulations
As required by law, you must abide by the rules and regulations submitted to the prefecture and posted at reception, a copy of which is available upon request.
Article 4 Liability
The Domaine de Riva Bella may not be held liable for any damages incurred to the equipment owned by the camper/caravanner and caused by the latter; personal liability insurance covering your equipment is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC, etc.).
Article 5 Applicable law
These general terms and conditions of sale are subject to French law. Any disputes regarding their application fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
Article 6 Mediation
In the context of a dispute with our establishment, you have the possibility to contact us as follows :
• Sending a letter by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the village manager
• Send a copy of this mail to customer service at : firstname.lastname@example.org
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can enter the Medicys Mediation Center after one month following the sending of these mails / mails. You must file a file by mail : Medicys - 73 Boulevard de Clichy - 75009 PARIS.
